- If you would like a more high level view of usage, you may want to consider downloading a report to CSV or Excel. To do so, locate the Reports Download pod here on the right, choose CVS or Excel, make sure on the top left, that you have the correct group and time frame selected. I have Everyone, and the Last 6 Months selected. Then, simply choose the report you want to download, and clicking on it will send it to your downloads folder, which you can open from there.
One point to keep in mind is that the reports are set to automatically update every hour. If you do not see updated usage immediately updated in these Reports tabs, you may need to check back in about an hour or so, to give enough time for the results to be populated. For help, to see what all of these Reports are about, please click on our glossary of terms down at the bottom right of the page. This will give you an explanation of everything we have listed here. If you are planning on viewing one or more of these reports on a regular basis, you may want to think about scheduling a report to be email to you directly, so you don't have to log into your Enterprise account every time you want to view a report.
So, to schedule a report, click on the Schedule a Report button, from these lists, you can select the Group, the Report you would like to receive, and the Frequency, and the Format you will automatically be sent your report in. Once you have everything selected, just click on Schedule Report, and you will start receiving these reports in your emails. This makes it a lot easier to get regular updates on your groups usage.
