- In this section, we're going to look at negotiating with your boss. Now, obviously your boss owns you, they have power over you. So it's not an easy one, but as we'll see, there are ways to negotiate with your boss. And I'm going to pick the example of wanting to go on holiday to Australia, wanting six weeks off to go on holiday to Australia. So you don't have that much holiday. It's real favor that you're asking from your boss. So let's see how we can apply the negotiating process to asking your boss for something a little bit difficult.
