The more you know about a company's leaders, the easy it is to see whether they truly value all of their employees. With that in mind, let's take a look at some ways to evaluate a company's leaders. The first strategy is to look for diversity among executive leadership. The company's website is an easy place to start because most will include pictures and short bios for their leadership team. Take a look at those bio's and pictures and see if there's diverse representation among the leaders.
