- [Instructor] Creating a uniform distance…between selected objects on an Access form or report…will help users read the data more easily…and it creates a clean, organized look.…This report looks really disorganized and it's hard to read.…To adjust the space between selected objects…use Design View and the Size Space button…on the Arrange tab.…You can create equal horizontal or vertical space…which helps create a more symmetrical layout.…I'm choosing to apply equal vertical spacing.…
To set your own distribution space…position the first and last items in the series…at the total distance you want for the entire group.…Then distribute the selected objects over that space.…Note that the sets of labels and field boxes…remain at the same distance from each other…to help keep them visually paired.…
