Discover requirements of stakeholders

- Requirement solicitation is about discovering the requirements and needs of stakeholders. Interviews with stakeholders help us uncover their needs and understand the project from their point of view. Your stakeholder's ideas and thoughts about their requirements evolve over time, and you play a key role in this evolution. Interviewing is a key technique that helps enable this transformation. In this course, we will look at how interviews help us build stakeholder relationships and elicit powerful information on project and solution contacts, as well as details to maximize the value the solution brings to the organization. I'll start by showing you how to effectively and strategically plan for interviewing a stakeholder. Then, you'll learn how to conduct and follow up with a meeting, and along the way, I'll discuss key insights to relationship building, asking high-impact and powerful probing questions, how to capture and organize information from the interviews, and the mindset you'll need to be successful. You'll even get to put this knowledge to work during the course with the challenge exercises I've created.
