- When practicing Disciplined Agile or DAD, we need to think about four views mindset, people, flow and practices. In this video, we'll look at the second view which is people. Disciplined Agile uses a people-first toolkit. Which provides guidance to individuals, teams and organizations on how to become more productive and effective. The Disciplined Agile Delivery or DAD toolkit, describes two types of roles to use in agile solution delivery. First are the primary roles, which are typically found on DAD teams regardless of the level of scale the team faces. Second are the supporting roles. These roles are generally filled on a temporary basis to address scaling issues. If you have experience with agile frameworks or practices, some of these roles will be familiar.
