(piano music) - We did a solo challenge today. Solo challenge. It means go off by yourself for only two hours. It was two hours. And you think that's a really simple exercise. Before we even went, it's what are we supposed to accomplish? And the whole objective is we want you to just have some solitude and contemplate. And they're like "Well, what are the right and left boundaries "of what I should think about?" And it's interesting that people crave structure. And what's amazing is executives always know that they're so frenetic, they're so burned out, that they need solitude to reflect and decide what's important. (soft rock music) - I think for me personally, I've really value alone time, especially if I'm with a group (mumbles).
