- [Instructor] All right, we've now called the seller and had a great discussion. Something that's important for you to realize is that most of your phone calls and most of the seller lead sheets are not going to lead to good deals. So many of those will not make it to the Desktop Analysis, I would say probably 80 to 90% of the phone calls you make won't make it here. And that's okay. You're going to meet some great people and have some great conversations. It's not your job to talk people out of their homes it's your job to find people who have a problem. And many of them won't. Well, like step one, we'll have many of your leads fallout. Step two we'll also have many of your leads fall out. 80% are going to fall out and not really be what we call hot leads. That's okay, we're going to do the research on all the leads so that if we have a seller that is motivated or they have a problem, we can negotiate with confidence…
