- Only recently did I get into a real flow with my work schedule. My days are more productive than ever. And I often feel like my work is flowing through me. There are many reasons for this newfound shift in productivity. Really, it began by asking myself some important questions, such as when I feel most productive. What's the best sleep schedule for me? And when do I feel most sluggish? Once I had a handle on these questions, I was able to design my days around a natural flow. Here are a few tips that I've learned along the way. Start with a morning ritual. How you begin the day is so important. Try to visualize what you'll do and how you'll feel throughout the day. Meditate in the morning if that's part of your practice. Wake up early if you need that quiet time to reflect and begin the morning on a peaceful note while setting yourself up for the day. Set goals for the day and review them. Be realistic here, focus…
