Designing your ideas for scale
- If you're truly going to make systemic change, you must invite and enable others to get on board with your efforts. To do this you must always be thinking about how you can design and systematize your efforts so that others can carry forward what you've done to other venues far and wide. Systematizing your efforts can be done in many different ways. Your team can document the secret sauce of what you've been doing into a curriculum, books, or how to videos that can be shared or sold widely. You can create a website, a Wiki, a toolkit that you make available to interested parties. You might also create a training program and a licensing model so that you have full control over how your ideas spread.
