- As the communications lead on a project I worked on, I received seven urgent communication requests from different work stream leads in one week. This isn't uncommon. How can you set yourself up to respond quickly to requests so that stakeholders feel informed and prepared for change. Start by having a good understanding of who you're communicating with. A stakeholder analysis is a living document you'll want to design at the start of the project. It keeps track of the different stakeholder groups and what's important to them.
