- Okay, so, you've done the research to get insights and you've developed a great strategy for your upcoming work. Unless you're already working with a full service partner, you're going to need to select a partner or partners to bring your campaign to life. In this video I'm going to go through a few different resources to find great creative help and to talk briefly about the creative development process, regardless of the format of the work. Now I get asked for recommendations at least a few times a week, from small startups to multinationals, and they all ask the same question. "Do you know someone who'd be perfect for this project?" My answer is that it's very rarely one person, unless it's a very narrow brief. After working with creative people for so long, it's easy for me to know what people would be a good match for what companies and what campaigns.
