- In today's multi-generational workplace, if you're 40, 50, 60 or older, you're increasingly going to find yourself reporting to someone younger, most likely a Millennial, born in 1981 to 1966. Understanding and appreciating the similarities and differences we all share across our different ages will make it easier for you to build rapport and better working relationships including and especially with your younger manager. So what are the demographics and psychographics of each generation that make up today's workforce?
