- The point at which the project is ready to deliver the products into the business unit is the point at which there is the highest risk of failure. This is because the change is new and fragile, and it's often stuck in limbo between the people who built it and the people who must use it. So let's look at four things you can do to help ensure the change is delivered smoothly so that it sticks. Begin by meeting with the change manager to discuss how the products will be handed over to the business unit.
