- So excellent health care is first and foremost about doing the best we can by patients. It means keeping patients safe. Patients should never leave the hospital sicker or in a worse condition than when they arrive in our care. - Excellent Health care, to me, means keeping a person at their highest level of function, both physically and mentally. - I like approaching healthcare from the perspective of the patient or of the resident. I envision myself in the patient's place. So from that perspective, I want the best treatment and the best care that I can get.
