We're basically looking at, when it comes to decks, do they need any repair at all or does it completely need to be rebuilt or do we need to do nothing whatsoever? So we're going to be looking for obvious signs with the decks. We want to definitely check with our local building code enforcement to ensure that these decks were actually constructed with the proper permits, but we want to actually get on the deck. We want to walk around on it. We want to kind of shake our weight around and check underneath if it's raised and elevated, if we can get under there and see how the beams are and the piers are holding the deck up.
