- Sometimes, the going gets tough. The team can run out of steam, and a lack of motivation can set in. In this scenario, the team have been working on the new document management software, which has unfortunately failed user testing twice. This has knocked them a little, and they started to show signs of frustration and fatigue, which in turn is affecting their motivation to complete the work. Watch as I rally them together and recognize the good work and successes they've already achieved.
