There are a ton of different data sources to choose from, a bunch of different types of analysis that you can conduct, and a handful of ways that all this can go awry. I've created a data map that I provide my clients to help them digest the bigger picture of how data flows in and out of their organization. This map hits on the high points of both what data sources are available and also touches on the general goals associated with each type of data source. First, we have sales data.
