(low whooshing) - All right, so I'm here with Ian Felt and you're a programmer here. - I am. - Yeah, okay, and so, first of all, thank you for taking the time. - Thanks for having me, yeah. - So how long have you been with Menlo? - I've been with Menlo in some capacity for about 7 1/2 years. - Okay. - I started as an IT person. I was assistant manager for five years and then, developing, you can make more money and its a little more fun, so I moved to that. - Okay, all right. So what's a day in the life of Ian at Menlo look like? - I arrive at roughly 8:30 and I go and I check the machines to make sure that everything's copacetic and nothing's broken before the start of the day. And then, I sit down, find my partner, and we sit down and start working, and then, invariably, I'm asked to assist in random tasks around like, we have some kind of problem with the check in process or this machine is puking up some…
