- Step one, of leading culture change is all about gathering input from your colleagues on the vision for your team and the culture you want to build together to reach that vision. As part of this, the discussion will inevitably turn to what's not working, so it's worth having some intentional time and space dedicated to this too. The size of the team you're working with here is a factor. So there might be five of you, there might be 50 or the might be 250, just adapt to what I suggest here to whatever fits best for you. For example, you might need to run several sessions for bigger groups and you'll definitely want to plan in breakout discussion, so everyone has the chance to join in.
