Creating the right communication strategy

- A well defined cross functional communication strategy is the foundation for a successful organization. The strategy should include, defining preferred communication, and the interaction styles across the team, as well as collaboratively developing a plan for how to communicate throughout those busy days, weeks and months ahead. A solid communication strategy will likely include the following. First, identify the lines of communication, the frequency of updates, the cadence and the type of meetings, responsibilities, ownership and decision makers.
