Creating a caring culture

- Since culture is an ongoing reality, you must pay attention to it. It requires some structure to help you and your team thrive in it, give them a place where they feel cared about. Let's discuss how to create a company with work that's admirable, enviable, and ultimately a culture of caring. One of my favorite examples is The LEGO Company. LEGO is based in Denmark, with offices world-wide and they believe creating a consistent culture globally is vital. The imaginative toy-building brick company wants to have a creative, fun, and playful culture to encourage creative thought and innovation from their team. To build a culture of happy employees, LEGO focuses on the same values that inspire their product development and incorporate that into their work environment. A more studio-like work environment versus a more formal corporate one was the start. They have very few corporate handbooks to encourage a more free-thinking environment.
