- [Pete] What you talked about tellin' some stories there, that you've got another rule specifically dedicated to telling a good story, number 21. What's the story behind the story? (laughing) - [Pam] So, there's much great evidence that people remember stories, and you're going to want to ask people who have been in the company longer about, "Tell me about a time when?" Or, "How did this group get started?" You're really going to want to listen for the stories people tell, some of which you're going to want to carry forward or at least know about. And also, you want to hear what really has resonance in the organization.
