Create background pages for logos and graphics

- [Instructor] Background pages are an easy way to display the same text or graphic items on multiple pages. On the insert tab, select new page, and then background page to open the page setup dialog box. The default name and options are fine in most cases so select okay. Note that the added page name is italicized and that's true for all background pages. At this point, you can add whatever you'd like. For this example, we'll use a triangle and change its color just to make it apparent, typically, however, you might insert your organization's logo, a box to display the page number or other shapes and text. Background pages are not automatically applied to existing pages. You must do that separately for each page on which you want the background page elements to appear. Right-click the name tab of the page to which you'd like to apply the background, select page setup, choose the background page name from the dropdown list…
