Create PowerPoint slides from a Visio diagram

- [Instructor] If you want to include part of a Visio diagram in a PowerPoint presentation, you no longer need to create the slides yourself. In Visio plan two on the view tab, select slide snippets pane. When the pane opens, select add and then reposition and resize the snippet rectangle to include the part of the diagram you want to share. In the snippets pane, you have the option to enter a slide title. Click add again if you'd like to add another snippet. When you have your snippets in place, select export, which launches PowerPoint. Back in Visio, you can close the snippets pane if you're finished for the time being. Realize, though, that your snippets are retained so you can reopen the pane at any time. With it open, you can add new snippets. Select and resize or reposition an existing snippet or you can select a snippet and press the delete key.
