These are examples of corporate social responsibility. Corporate social responsibility or CSR is a company's commitment to improving the communities where they do business. There are four factors that shape corporate social responsibility. Social media allows the world to know what corporations are doing in real time. Environmental concerns such as global warming have become increasingly important.
