(upbeat music) - Hello Sky Yogi fans. Today I have a nice core workout for you to do while you're sitting in your seat. And so basically what we're going to do to get started is sit up nice and tall in your seat. You can rest your hands on your arm rest. Make sure you ask your neighbor if that's okay first, but just rest them there. And we're going to start with some pelvic tilts. I don't want you to lean back into your seat. I want you to sit up nice and tall so that you can pull your belly button to your spine and push your tailbone into this seat. And your low back will press into the back of the seat. And then you're just going to come right back up and pull that belly button into the spine. You really contracting your abdominal muscles. We're not going to be able to move around a whole lot. So you want to get the most out of each movement that you make. So we're going to exhale as we press that tailbone down belly…
