Construct your strategies

- Strategy is the means by which we navigate a competitive landscape. Every great sales leader develops a great set of strategies. This is an incredibly important step, so it's really worthwhile to invest your time here. And for me, developing a set of great strategies starts by understanding that competitive landscape, all of the assets within it, and being clear about the objective you're trying to reach so that you can confidently navigate that path to arrive at your objective. Now, in my world where we have a series of strategies that under which nest business lines with their own strategies, you may find something similar. You're gonna have a series of global strategies on your team and then in each of your core leadership areas, they may have their own strategies to achieve their own objective. That's fine and normal.
