- Hi, I'm Carrie from Chill. Whenever you set intentions what you're bringing into focus is how you want to feel. This is why it's a common practice at the beginning of a meditation to set an intention for how you'd like to experience that practice. So let's explore how it feels to set an intention for how you'd like to sleep and how you'd like to feel when you wake up in the morning. So let's practice. Wherever you are, choose a comfortable seat. Notice, even as you settle in, that you are perhaps searching for comfort. Settling the mind. You may have the intention to become still. Might even begin to notice how you want to feel as you begin this exploration. Just notice as you grow still how you feel. Notice sensations in your body, particularly where your body meets the surface beneath you. Notice the sensations of contact. Notice, as well, sensations in other parts of your body, maybe in the space around your rib…
