- Work is so much better when you're excited and interested in what you're doing. As a leader, how do you get your team excited about the work your organization does? How can you get your team to support the organization as if they were leading it? Successful leaders in government link their team's accomplishments with the organization vision and mission, get them to buy into both, and keep everyone focused.
