- [Instructor] Then obviously we need to monetize it. Now we have a fixed up property. How do we sell it or rent it? So selling it or renting it, so project close out, so full post-renovation inspection, now, that inspector has been involved on the project all the way from the beginning, during phase inspections and then at the end of the project, we still do this to this day, even in our local market, we have our inspector go back out, review the entire property, do another home inspection of the property as if I was buying the property. This is how we used to keep contracts together. We never could understand, you know, there's all these investors doing business and it still happens to this day, but their contracts keep falling apart. You know why?
