Let's discuss ways, as a manager, you can make these panel interviews less scary and more productive for both you and the candidates alike. First, be clear about your reason for using a panel interview. The number one reason why you might want to use a panel interview is because it's easier. It's way easier to schedule one big meeting rather than with five to seven different meetings.
