- Okay. So you've made your list. You've contacted them. You've asked them to interview, and now you're sitting down with them. So the question is, how are you going to interview them? Well, I made this really easy. I have a list of interview questions that you can use, so you don't have to worry. Basically, all we're trying to figure out is, will you like this job? What you really want to be focusing on is how well this job fits you. So we're going to ask them, what do you love about your job? What do you hate about your job? What do you wish you could change about your job? We want them to be really honest with you, and tell you their likes and dislikes. The second thing you want to ask is, if they had to do it all over again, what would they change? What would they have done differently?
