When bouncing back from burnout, we have to deal with the stressors in our life and the stress in our bodies. It's important to acknowledge that we have to handle those two different things differently. We can do the hard work of identifying and mitigating our burnout triggers to regain a sense of agency over our lives, but that might not help much in dealing with the stress itself.
