- Now we've gotten this far in our competitive analysis and you're saying to yourself, Ken, I still don't have any competition. I still, you know, I've created something unique, different and special. And, I really don't see any competition out there. Well, I'm here to tell you that you must have competition. So, we've got to figure out a way in order to start to define a competitive landscape for you. Now, don't worry, I've got some tactics for you that you can use in order to do this. The first thing that I would look at is go broad, go more broad define your business more broadly, and start to bring in other elements of your business. In fact, you might even bring in other products or services that will broaden your offering. And, all of a sudden, when you start to look at it from a different lens of a little bit more broad, you might see new competitors coming in, and, that's going to help you create a market.…
