- What's also amazing, is that even if you're not the recipient of some act of kindness, let's say for example, I see you do an act of kindness to someone else. Even the fact that I'm just seeing you do that will give me a greater incentive to do an act of kindness to someone else in the next hour. Sadly, the converse is also true. If I see you do something negative or do something hostile to someone else, whether it's at work or someplace in your life, or even if I'm the recipient of that act of negativity, I'm now more inclined to do something harmful or negative, or maybe say something which is hurtful or harmful to someone else.
