- You are down to one, final question to ask yourself as you craft your communication action plan. What context issues should you consider? All of the variables, senders, receivers, message, feedback are affected by the context. That's the situation surrounding your communication event. For example, imagine going to a meeting at two in afternoon. You had a heavy lunch, the conference room temperature is just a little warm and you're feeling very sleepy.
