- For part of my PhD dissertation research, I spent a lot of time in a library that was undergoing vast organizational changes, that a huge team of librarians, researchers, and administration struggled with how much information to disseminate to which team. I found that most of the teams felt like they had too much information but yet at the same time felt like they didn't have the information they actually needed. This is a common challenge and change. And one that you need to think through and prepare for. Researchers, Philip Clampitt, Robert DeKoch, and Thomas Cashman can tackle this issue by looking at some common communication strategies and tried to figure out why some work and some don't.
