- [Interviewee] So, there are a number of ethical breaches that many people are going to see. They happen commonly. The Philadelphia Business Journal did a really good article on the five that people see most. And it's probably good that we talk about that and I'll add another one myself. The first that I'd like to talk about is misusing company time, all right. This really has two forms. The first is is you're claiming you've worked when you haven't, right? You're not even at work, you just say you were. The second is being at work but conducting some sort of personal business. Now, look we have to be reasonable about this. A quick phone call home about something, or do you need to pick up Johnny at school, that's not what we're talking about, okay.
