- Hi, I'm Carrie with Chill. Oftentimes our minds can be consumed by everything that has happened in our day. And, at the same time, we can find our thoughts racing and worrying about what's coming tomorrow. And so, it's a really powerful tool to be able to use your breath to, in essence, turn off your thoughts and get your mind centered back to the present moment. And so in today's practice, you'll learn how to clear your head and quiet your mind for a better sleep. Wherever you find yourself, settle in to a comfortable posture. Whether you're upright or reclined, take a moment to just settle in. And allow your attention here to turn toward your breath, feeling your body breathing in and out. Notice the sensations that come and go with each inhalation and exhalation. And as you turn your attention toward this experience of breathing, notice how your body feels, and maybe even invite in a gentle relaxation…
