Chris Blackwell on doing something that you love

- When people come to you and they say I want to be the next Chris Blackwell, what kind of advice do you give them? How do you tell someone how to be you? - Oh, well if you find something you love doing, that's the key, to find something that you love doing. And not be in a big hurry. Find out something that you love doing and if you love doing it, it's not really work. In the same way, if you're not happy in your work and everything it's a very different life than if you are. If you're really happy in your work, there isn't really anything else you want to do. So you want to jump out of bed and get started on what you're doing. - So should people just keep quitting until they find that one thing that makes them jump out of bed? - I don't know about quitting. I think one should sort of constantly be growing. You don't have to do everything in a rush, constantly. You might die tomorrow, but you might live to be 90, so the thing is to live your life like you might live to be 90.
