- So the same things that apply to building a great circle of friends or choosing a life partner, that also applies to business and into all of the interactions that we make along the way within our career. And so if you think about even where you want to interview and that whole interaction, look beyond just the job description, look beyond just what the company does, but really thinking about who the company is. Think about who the people are. Are they quality people? Will you be in a place where you can feel good about their culture, where you can feel good about their character? Because the same way that you're thinking about aligning yourself as you go through your personal life, you want that workplace to be something that you're bringing out the best out of and that they're bringing out the best of you.
