Choosing a project management method

- Many organizations are shifting their project portfolios to Agile frameworks. However, even as the transition is taking place, traditional methods remain. In fact, in many cases both Agile and traditional project methods continue to exist together. But knowing how to do that effectively can be a challenge. In fact, a lot of people think they can't even exist together at all. However, in this course we compare Agile and traditional project frameworks. We investigate the criteria you should use as you choose which is the right method for your project. We all want to be effective project leaders in our organizations. Organizational change can make that challenging. What we need to do is to understand the changes taking place and the reasons behind them. Hi, I'm Kelley O'Connell. I've been a traditional project manager, and am now an Agile coach and transformation strategist. I've been leading teams for more than 20 years. I've also been leading organizations through Agile transitions for 10 years. Please join me on LinkedIn Learning as we explore blending project methods.
