- So one way to get past the just email me objection is to challenge it if you're feeling bullish and say, why? Why email you? Why are you not free now? And asking why might actually reveal the deeper issue, don't forget. So I know they're not going to read it, they know they're not going to read it, everybody's just lying to each other, so just challenge it and clear the air and say, come on, mister customer, how many times do you think I've emailed someone a really technical wordy email that they've actually read and they have called me back. They're probably going to sort it in their B-I-N folder. Just make them laugh, use disarming honestly and say, I know what's going on here, everybody does, so let's just go ahead.
