(upbeat music) - It must feel so great to know how to find the financial information filed with the securities and exchange commission. I'm excited for you. In fact, your challenge now is to one, think of a publicly traded company you would like to know more about, your choice. Two, go to the SEC Edgar filing website and search for your company's most recent annual report also known as the 10-K. Finally, find the interactive 10-K for your company and look through the financial statements. Before we go, a few notes. Remember to only use the secedgar.gov website or the company's investor website itself. Any others are knock-offs and should be avoided. And to have the easiest, most efficient experience, you'll want to know the company's legal name or use the ticker symbol, for example, to better find Yum Brands Inc, I could search on the New York Stock Exchange ticker symbol, Yum Y-U-M.
