- You've covered a series of ideas about the learning brain and how to apply some neuroscience to your training, design, and delivery. You looked at basic ways to ruin learning, things to avoid, and you've covered learners, which are the things you want to do to get your audiences engaged, remembering, and learning in order to drive their performance at work. One of the differences between memory and learning is that learning is something you can put into practice, whereas a memory may just exist and not get used. Testing is an effective way to strengthen memory, but to have learned, you need to actively do. Now it's your turn to take action on what you've learned in this course. An action plan is a help, but isn't enough, because you need to change ideas, habits, and behaviors.
