- Hi, I'm Baxter, and this chair back bend for your neck. You're going to need just a block or if you don't have a yoga block available, you could use a really thick book, maybe that thing that's been sitting on the shelf that you haven't looked at since you started working here. Go ahead and grab your block or book and you're going to take your chair, you're going to have to figure out how close to the back of your chair you need to sit, so that may take a little experimenting. And then you're also going to have to experiment with where the block is placed a little bit, particularly to make sure it doesn't dig too far down into your, kind of, middle or lower back area. I'm going to scoot back just a little bit in my chair, and I'm going to take my block behind my back and holding it in place, I'm going to lean back. I want to feel like when I lean back, that I'm still kind of sitting upright, that I'm not kind of having to lean way back to get to it. You want to be kind of sitting…
