- I believe it is so important to celebrate when good things happen. We tend to get a little bit, sometimes distracted by fixing something. But the truth is, that when something good happens, and it happens everyday, take a minute out to celebrate the good. If we win a pitch or if we get a fantastic article on one of our clients or we get a call that somebody got written up, we go back and we talk about that and we say thank you and take that time out. It doesn't have to be overblown, but it is important to remember the good, to stay positive, and to really remember that that should be the general feeling and the driving force. It should be that every day should be a celebration.
