Can we hear about this? - [Woman] Well and that really is the process of thinking like a non-impostor, it's just step back and just say, okay, become consciously aware of the conversation going on in your head when you're having a very normal impostor moment and then try to reframe it the way you imagine a non-impostor would. I often share one of my favorite reframes was Daniel Boone, the wilderness explorer, who said I was never lost but he was bewildered once for three days. - [Man] Oh, that's good, yeah.
