- People always ask me about balance and how do you balance it all? And I always say, you know, it's not about balancing. It's about having an amazing team, and I have this incredible team. I have my mother, who was amazing, is amazing. My father, who has passed, but he just was so supportive and critical to the care of my children and just picking them up from school everyday, and then I have an amazing husband, who is not just present, but he's actively present in checking me and being like nah, that's not going to work, and then actively present as a father. In addition to a host of sister-in-laws and family members, but it's just so important to have the team and I am just so lucky to have a great partner as part of my village.
